Most homes are new construction, offering contemporary architecture and private outdoor space in one of Marbella's most recognised addresses.
Most villas at Banus Bay include a private pool, private garden, and multiple parking spaces. Many feature panoramic views that take in the surrounding urban landscape, gardens, and pool areas. Private terraces and solariums extend the living space outdoors, and many homes include a jacuzzi and basement. Climate control comes from air conditioning, and security is covered by alarm systems in most properties. The villas are built to offer both privacy and proximity to Puerto Banús amenities, with transport links nearby.
Banus Bay suits year-round residents who want a detached home close to the coast without leaving the conveniences of Puerto Banús behind. The gated setting and new construction appeal to families looking for security and low maintenance. The proximity to the marina, restaurants, and beaches also makes the community a strong choice for second-home buyers who spend extended stays on the Costa del Sol. Investors who use the property themselves will find the combination of location, privacy, and walking distance to leisure facilities difficult to match elsewhere in Marbella.
