Los Lagos is a residential complex in Las Lomas del Higuerón, a hillside district above Fuengirola on the Spanish coast. The community offers apartments in a setting that combines residential calm with proximity to coastal amenities.
The area sits between the beaches of Fuengirola and the higher terrain inland, giving residents a balanced position within easy reach of both the shore and the motorway network. The complex itself provides limited communal features, so the appeal rests largely on the location and the character of Las Lomas del Higuerón as a whole. The district is known for its ordered layout, its sports and leisure facilities nearby, and its mix of permanent and seasonal residents. Apartments in Los Lagos tend to suit buyers who value a quiet address without sacrificing access to shops, restaurants, and transport links. The hillside position means many homes enjoy open views over the coast or surrounding countryside. Los Lagos suits year-round residents who work along the coast or commute to Málaga, as well as holiday-home owners seeking a manageable property in a calm neighbourhood. The complex appeals to those who prefer a straightforward apartment over a larger villa, and who want a base close to both the beach and the airport without the density of Fuengirola's seafront. Families, couples, and retirees all find the area practical for everyday life on the coast.
