Torreblanca occupies the western flank of Benalmádena, where the town meets Fuengirola along a stretch of coastline that runs between the beach and the motorway. The area sits about a kilometre inland of Playa de Torreblanca and four kilometres east of Fuengirola centre, with the AP-7 running between the homes and the shore. Drive times to the beach average four minutes, and Fuengirola is twelve minutes away.
The setting is suburban and relatively quiet, built around residential streets and low-rise urbanisations rather than the denser apartment blocks that line the coast further east. Many properties sit on plots with garden space, and a good number have sea views across the rooftops towards the Mediterranean. The beach at Torreblanca is a broad, grey-sand stretch with a few chiringuitos and beach bars, and it connects along the promenade to the longer sands that run into Fuengirola.
New-build stock in Torreblanca is almost entirely made up of villas, ranging from three to nine bedrooms and sold off-plan before completion. The product here is aimed at buyers looking for detached homes with outdoor space rather than apartment living, and the scale tends towards family-sized layouts with multiple bathrooms and private pools. Some developments sit close enough to the beach that you could walk it, while others are set further back towards the motorway with views compensating for the extra distance.
Málaga Airport lies fifteen kilometres to the east, about thirty-six minutes by car depending on traffic along the A-7. The nearest golf course, Golf Benalmádena Pitch and Putt, is fourteen minutes inland, and Puerto Deportivo de Fuengirola is eleven minutes west along the coast road. Supermarkets sit about nine minutes away, and The British College, an international school, is roughly ten minutes by car. Hospital Vithas Xanit International in Benalmádena is fifteen minutes to the east.
Fuengirola offers a fuller range of services than Torreblanca itself, with a large covered market, chain stores, and a train station on the coastal line that runs between Málaga and Fuengirola. The motorway gives quick access to Marbella, about thirty minutes west, and to Málaga city, around the same distance east. Torreblanca sits far enough from the town centres to feel residential, but close enough that you are not committed to a car for every errand.
