Many homes in the community feature private pools, private gardens, and covered terraces that extend the living space outdoors. Most villas come with garage parking and space for more than one car. Inside, air conditioning and underfloor heating provide year-round climate control. Many properties also include a gym, a guest apartment, and design elements that allow access for people with reduced mobility.
