Locrimar III is a gated residential community in Nueva Andalucía, a popular district on the edge of Marbella on Spain's southern coast.

The complex offers apartments in a secure, low-rise Mediterranean setting.

Nueva Andalucía sits just inland from the beaches of Puerto Banús and San Pedro de Alcántara, surrounded by golf courses and within easy reach of Marbella's amenities and international schools. The community at Locrimar III is built around privacy and shared outdoor space. Residents benefit from well-kept gardens and the security of controlled access. The architecture reflects the whitewashed style typical of the region, with terraces that catch the sun. The setting is residential rather than resort-oriented, with most services and entertainment found in the surrounding area rather than on site. Locrimar III suits buyers who want a lock-up-and-leave home on the Costa del Sol without the density of a high-rise block. Families appreciate the gated access and the proximity to schools and golf clubs. Holiday-home owners find the location practical for airport transfers and day trips to Marbella, Puerto Banús, and the beach towns along the coast. Year-round residents value the balance between a quiet residential neighbourhood and quick access to shops, restaurants, and leisure.
