Vista Real is a gated residential complex in Nueva Andalucía, Marbella, on Spain's Costa del Sol. The community offers apartments and penthouses in a secure setting within one of the western Costa del Sol's most established residential areas.
Nueva Andalucía sits between the coastal resorts and the foothills of the Sierra Blanca, close to golf courses, international schools, and the marina at Puerto Banús.
Most homes at Vista Real feature communal pools and landscaped gardens, panoramic views, private terraces, lifts, storage rooms, and parking for more than one vehicle. Double glazing, ensuite bathrooms, and round-the-clock security are standard across the complex. Many properties include mountain or sea views, covered terraces, air conditioning, garage or underground parking, fibre optic broadband, and alarm systems. Entry phones and electric blinds add further security and convenience. Some homes offer facilities such as a jacuzzi, fireplace, safe, or access to a children's pool, paddle tennis court, or tennis court. The architecture and layout emphasise outdoor living and sight lines that take in the surrounding landscape.
Vista Real suits families who value proximity to international schools and a secure environment, as well as golfers drawn to the courses that define Nueva Andalucía. The combination of gated access, full-time security, and low-maintenance communal areas also appeals to holiday-home owners and those dividing their time between Spain and other countries. Year-round residents benefit from the balance of privacy, shared amenities, and easy reach of Marbella's shops, restaurants, and beaches.
