The complex provides a quiet residential environment typical of the El Hipódromo neighbourhood. The architecture is consistent with coastal developments in the region, with whitewashed facades and terraces that take advantage of the climate. The position between the coast and the mountains allows for outdoor activity year-round. Las Farolas suits buyers looking for a permanent home or a second residence in a relaxed setting close to Mijas village. The apartments appeal to couples and small families who value accessibility without being directly on the busy coastal strip.
