FAQ
Doña Beni has a communal pool and gardens shared by residents. These are managed through the community, so upkeep of the grounds and the pool is handled collectively rather than falling to individual owners. The gardens keep the development low in density and add green space between the buildings in La Cala Hills.
The nearest beach is Playa de La Cala - El Torreón, 5.1 km away, about 12 minutes by car. This is a drive rather than a walk. The complex sits inland of the A-7 coastal road on the hillside, so the coast and seafront are a short trip rather than on your doorstep.
St Anthony's College, an international school, is 0.6 km away, about 2 minutes by car. That makes Doña Beni practical for families with school-age children. For daily shopping the nearest supermarket is 3.2 km away, around 7 minutes by car, so a car is useful for errands.
Campo Los Olivos golf is 1.0 km away, about 5 minutes by car, and the wider La Cala Hills area is known for its courses. This suits buyers who play regularly and want a base close to the greens. The setting is quiet and residential, with little through traffic.
Málaga Airport is 22 km from La Cala Hills, about 40 minutes by car. Fuengirola town is closer, 5.3 km and roughly 13 minutes away, with its marina, Puerto Deportivo de Fuengirola, at 5.8 km. The airport distance makes the complex workable as a lock up and leave home for visits through the year.
