The complex takes its name from the Nagüeles area, a sought-after enclave that sits just above Marbella's Golden Mile and a short distance inland from the Mediterranean coastline.
This quiet hillside location offers a residential setting while remaining well connected to the beaches, shops, and services that define life in Marbella. Marbella is known for its warm climate, long stretches of sandy beach, and a lifestyle that blends relaxed coastal living with access to high-end dining, golf courses, and marinas. The town centre and Puerto Banús are both within easy reach, offering shopping, restaurants, and leisure options throughout the year. The surrounding landscape includes pine-covered hills and the backdrop of the Sierra Blanca, creating a green, sheltered environment that distinguishes this part of the Costa del Sol from more densely developed coastal areas. Homes at Corona de Nagüeles tend to appeal to buyers looking for a peaceful residential location within Marbella's wider network of amenities. The address suits those who value proximity to both the coast and the mountains, as well as families and second-home owners seeking a base in one of southern Spain's most established residential markets.

FAQ
Corona de Nagüeles is made up of townhouses in the Nagüeles area of Marbella. This suits buyers who want more space over two or more floors than a flat offers, with the upkeep of a shared community rather than a standalone villa. The homes sit on the hillside inland of the A-7 coastal road.
Yes. Residents at Corona de Nagüeles share a pool, gardens and a padel court. These are communal, so the maintenance is handled through the community rather than falling to each owner. It means you get the outdoor space without the full cost of running a private garden and pool alone.
Playa de Casablanca is 1.6 km away, about 4 minutes by car. The complex sits in the foothills inland of the coastal road, so the beach is a short drive rather than a walk. The hillside setting trades beachfront access for a quieter, greener position above the town.
It works well for families. The British International School is 0.9 km from Corona de Nagüeles, about 3 minutes by car, and a hospital is 2.2 km away. The townhouse layout and shared gardens give children room, and the quiet hillside location keeps it away from the busier parts of Marbella.
A supermarket is 1.4 km from the complex, about 4 minutes by car, and Marbella town is 3.3 km, roughly 7 minutes. Most daily errands mean a short drive rather than a walk, which is typical for this hillside part of Nagüeles. For health care, Hospital Recoletas Salud Marbella is 2.2 km away.
Málaga Airport is 42 km from Corona de Nagüeles, about 51 minutes by car, which makes the complex workable as a lock up and leave home for visitors. Real Club de Golf Las Brisas is 4.5 km away, about 10 minutes, and the marina in Marbella is 3.1 km, around 9 minutes.
