FAQ
Yes. Royal Gardens in Nueva Andalucía is gated with controlled access at the perimeter. Entry phone systems add a further layer of privacy. For families and for owners who leave a home empty for stretches, that controlled access is part of the daily reassurance.
Residents share a communal pool and gardens. These are maintained by the community, so the upkeep of the shared grounds does not fall to individual owners. It suits buyers who want outdoor space without the work of tending a private garden or pool.
Parking is street parking throughout the complex rather than allocated garages. Spaces are found within the urbanisation itself. If a dedicated or covered space matters to you, check what a specific apartment includes before you commit.
It works for families, year-round residents and holiday-home owners alike. The gated setting and shared gardens make it low maintenance, which helps if you lock up and leave for periods. Golfers are close to several courses in the Nueva Andalucía area.
The town centre and public transport links are close, with shops and schools within reach. The commercial district and Puerto Banús are a short drive away. Some errands are walkable, but a car is useful for the wider spread of amenities on the Costa del Sol.
