The community has a communal pool and landscaped gardens, both maintained by the development on the Costa del Sol. Shared upkeep means you are not personally responsible for the pool or the grounds, though the cost of that maintenance is covered by community fees split among owners.
It works for both. Families settle here for year-round living, while other owners use it as a lock up and leave home for extended stays. The gated access and shared gardens and pool make it easy to leave for months and return without worrying about the property.
The complex has a mix of apartments and villas, so it fits different household sizes. Apartments suit couples or smaller families and holiday owners, while the villas give more space and privacy. Having both means the community is not made up of one single property type.
