FAQ
Yes. Benamara is gated with controlled access, so only residents and approved visitors come through. Security is part of the community, which matters if you leave the home empty for stretches at a time. It sits on the New Golden Mile at Hacienda del Sol.
Salduna beach is 0.7 km away, about 7 minutes by car. It is a short drive rather than a stroll, though the coast is close enough to reach easily. The complex sits between the Mediterranean and the hills on the Costa del Sol.
Benamara has padel and tennis courts within the community, alongside the pool and gardens. These are shared facilities maintained through the community, so there is no individual upkeep for them. Handy if you want to play without leaving the gates.
The International School of Estepona is 0.6 km away, about 6 minutes by car. That short distance makes Benamara practical for families with school runs. A supermarket is also close, at 0.8 km, roughly 3 minutes by car.
Gibraltar Airport is 45 km from Benamara, about 57 minutes by car. It is a manageable run for visitors or regular trips, though not the closest option on the Costa del Sol. Puerto Banús marina is nearer, at 7.0 km.
El Campanario Golf Course is 1.2 km away, about 5 minutes by car, so a round is close at hand. The New Golden Mile setting puts several courses within a short drive. This suits buyers who want golf as part of daily life rather than an occasional trip.
