FAQ
Yes. Bermuda Beach is a beachfront community in the Don Pedro area of Estepona, so the sand and the Mediterranean sit directly in front of the complex. This means you reach the shore on foot rather than by car, and the front homes look straight out over the sea.
The community has a swimming pool and landscaped gardens alongside its beachfront setting. These are shared and maintained through the community, so upkeep of the grounds and pool is handled collectively rather than falling to each owner. Budget for a community fee that covers this.
The complex is made up of apartments, suited to people who want a low-maintenance base near the sea in Estepona. Sizes and layouts vary, so it is worth comparing individual units. The beachfront position and shared pool make it practical for both full-time living and a lock up and leave holiday home.
It works for families, holiday-home owners and year-round residents who want a quieter part of the Costa del Sol. Don Pedro sits away from the busier resort centres, so the pace is calmer while Estepona's shops and restaurants stay within reach.
Marbella is reachable by car along the coast road, and Gibraltar lies in the other direction, so both are options for work or leisure. Bermuda Beach's spot in Don Pedro gives you the coast on your doorstep with the wider Costa del Sol accessible when you need it.
