Security is comprehensive, with gated access, round-the-clock surveillance, and alarm systems fitted to most villas. Air conditioning is standard, and many properties include underfloor heating, fireplaces, and home automation systems. Architectural details such as double glazing, basements, and utility rooms are common. Guest apartments, private gardens, and multiple parking spaces feature in many villas, and the resort itself offers communal pools and 24-hour reception for residents.
Finca Cortesin Resort suits families and golfers looking for space, privacy, and year-round comfort in a secure, amenity-rich setting. The combination of private leisure facilities and resort services also appeals to those seeking a lock-up-and-leave second home or a permanent residence with access to international-standard golf and spa facilities nearby.
