FAQ
Yes. Las Terrazas has a gated perimeter with controlled access. The community also has on-site security. For a home you may leave empty between visits, that controlled entry matters more than any single feature.
The nearest beach is Playa de San Pedro, 4.7 km away, about 10 minutes by car. This is a drive rather than a walk. The complex sits inland of the A-7 coastal road, so the coast is a short trip rather than a stroll.
Residents share a pool, gardens, tennis and security. These are maintained by the community, so upkeep of the grounds and pool is handled collectively rather than falling to each owner.
El Higueral Golf is 1.1 km away, about 7 minutes by car. Many homes at Las Terrazas hold frontline golf positions, so golf is part of daily life here rather than an occasional outing.
San Pedro Alcántara is 3.1 km away, about 7 minutes by car, and a supermarket is 1.9 km away. Creators International School is 3.5 km away and the Ambulatorio de Nueva Andalucía is 3.4 km. Most daily errands need a car.
Málaga Airport is 49 km from Los Almendros, about 60 minutes by car. That is a manageable run for visitors and for owners flying in and out for holidays.
