About this property
Overview
Eight-bedroom villa with sea views in El Madroñal, Costa del Sol. Set for completion in 2026, this new-build residence by AMES Architect sits on 5,100sqm of hillside plot and spans 1,445sqm across multiple levels. The design centres on open-plan living, where floor-to-ceiling windows frame uninterrupted Mediterranean panoramas from the main reception rooms through to the Gaggenau-equipped kitchen.
All eight bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms, with two additional guest facilities positioned near the entertaining areas. The 247sqm of terracing wraps around the main living spaces and connects to a private swimming pool. Inside, high ceilings amplify the sense of volume, whilst a contemporary fireplace anchors the principal living room. The property arrives fully furnished, with integrated home automation managing lighting, climate, and security systems throughout. One covered parking space is included within the grounds.
El Madroñal occupies elevated terrain above Marbella's Golden Mile, approximately 10 minutes by car from Puerto Banús marina. The gated community maintains 24-hour security and connects to the coastal road via a single private access route. San Pedro de Alcántara town centre lies 15 minutes west, offering supermarkets, international schools, and healthcare facilities. The villa's hillside position ensures privacy from neighbouring properties whilst maintaining coastal access.
