About this property
Overview
Six-bedroom villa with sea views in El Madroñal, Costa del Sol. Floor-to-ceiling glass walls frame uninterrupted Mediterranean panoramas from every level of this 869-square-metre contemporary residence, completed in 2025 on a 3,035-square-metre plot. The architecture centres on two glass cubes separated by an open courtyard where a mature olive tree grows beneath the sky, creating an indoor-outdoor atrium that floods the interior with natural light throughout the day.
The lower ground floor dedicates 200 square metres to wellness and entertainment: a spa zone with heated indoor pool, Finnish sauna and Turkish bath finished in micro-cementation, plus a fully equipped gym, games room with full-size pool table, bar area and temperature-controlled wine cellar. The main living level opens onto covered terraces and the outdoor swimming pool, whilst the six bedrooms and seven bathrooms occupy the upper floors. The property includes one covered parking space and benefits from a 2025 construction with contemporary finishes and integrated systems throughout.
El Madroñal sits in the hills above Benahavís, within a 24-hour gated and guarded community. The villa lies 12 minutes by car from San Pedro de Alcántara's beach promenade and marina, with Puerto Banús 15 minutes south and Marbella's Golden Mile a 20-minute drive along the coast. The spa's Finnish sauna uses traditional wood-fired heating, whilst the Turkish bath operates on a separate steam system with chromotherapy lighting.
