Tropicana is a residential complex in Nerja, a coastal town on the eastern stretch of the Costa del Sol in Andalusia. The properties here occupy a hillside setting above the town, where the Sierra de Almijara meets the Mediterranean.
Nerja is known for its quieter pace compared to the busier resorts further west, and for clear views over the coast. The town centre offers a mix of local shops, restaurants, and traditional Spanish squares. Nerja's beaches are a short drive down the hill, with several coves and longer stretches of sand within easy reach. The Balcón de Europa, a clifftop promenade, is one of the area's most recognised landmarks. Inland, the mountains provide walking routes and access to villages in the Axarquía region. Golf courses sit along the coast to the west, and Málaga airport lies around an hour away by car. Tropicana suits buyers looking for a base in a smaller town on the Costa Blanca, away from the density of larger developments. The setting appeals to those who value proximity to both coast and countryside, and to anyone seeking a more established corner of southern Spain without the bustle of a major resort.
