Fincas for Sale in El Real de los Halcones

The complex takes its name from the wider Monte Halcones area, a residential enclave set inland from the coast and surrounded by forested slopes and open views toward the Mediterranean.

Benahavís itself sits a short drive from the beaches of the Costa del Sol and the town centres of Marbella and Estepona. Monte Halcones lies within easy reach of several championship golf courses that define this corner of Andalucía. The area around El Real de los Halcones offers a quieter alternative to beachfront living while staying connected to coastal amenities, international schools, and dining in the pueblos of the Serranía de Ronda foothills. Benahavís is known for its restaurants and its position between the coast and the mountains, offering both sea and sierra landscapes within a few kilometres. Homes in El Real de los Halcones tend to suit buyers looking for a hillside setting with access to golf, beaches, and the lifestyle of the western Costa del Sol without the density of the coastal strip. Families, retirees, and those splitting time between countries are drawn to this part of Monte Halcones for its natural surroundings and its proximity to Marbella and Málaga airport.
