Byu Hills is a residential complex in La Quinta, part of the municipality of Benahavis on the Spanish coast. La Quinta sits inland from Marbella and the Mediterranean shoreline, positioned in the foothills where the Costa del Sol rises toward the Andalusian mountains.
The setting offers a quieter alternative to the busier coastal towns while remaining within easy reach of beaches, the Golden Mile, and Puerto Banús. The area is defined by low-density development, wooded slopes, and views that stretch across golf fairways toward the sea. La Quinta is known for its concentration of golf courses, including several championship layouts that draw players year-round. The neighbourhood attracts residents who value space, privacy, and access to outdoor recreation without the intensity of beachfront living. Benahavis village, a short drive away, is recognised for its hillside restaurants and traditional Andalusian character. The coast itself, with its marinas, international schools, and healthcare facilities, lies within a few kilometres, making La Quinta practical for full-time and seasonal residents alike. Byu Hills suits buyers looking for a base in one of the Costa del Sol's established residential pockets. The location appeals to families, golfers, and those who prefer a hillside setting with convenient access to both mountain trails and Mediterranean amenities.
