La Alquería sits a short drive from the beaches of Marbella and Estepona, while Benahavís itself is known for its mountain villages and restaurant scene. The complex provides a hillside environment with views over the surrounding valleys and Mediterranean in the distance. Townhouses here typically feature private terraces and outdoor space, suited to the mild climate of the region. The architectural style follows the whitewashed Andalusian tradition common to developments in Benahavís, with terracotta roofing and courtyards. Residents are within reach of several golf courses that line the lower slopes between La Alquería and the coast, as well as walking trails in the hills above. Altos del Paraiso appeals to buyers seeking a quieter base within striking distance of coastal amenities. Families appreciate the space and outdoor living that townhouses afford, while year-round residents value the balance between proximity to Marbella and a more relaxed pace. The complex also suits holiday-home owners who want access to golf, beaches, and dining without the density of beachfront developments. Buyers should expect a short drive to main services, schools, and the coast.
