8-Bed Villa in el coto, Mijas

The 470sqm interior spreads across multiple levels and includes a large open-plan living and dining room that opens onto a covered terrace, a separate kitchen, and a guest WC with Jack-and-Jill access to one of the ground-floor double bedrooms. Outside, the 1,310sqm plot holds a large private pool, an integrated jacuzzi, dedicated sunbathing terraces, an outdoor shower and WC, and an entertainment area designed for hosting guests. Two gated entrances provide vehicle access to ample private parking, and the entire plot is fully fenced with mature landscaping throughout.

The villa sits in the quiet residential area between Campo Mijas and El Hornillo, with the centre of Fuengirola approximately 4km south. The property's established rental history benefits from its proximity to the coast while maintaining the privacy and space that guests seek in this part of the Costa del Sol.
