About this property
Overview
Three-bedroom penthouse with golf views in Los Flamingos, Costa del Sol. This corner unit occupies a prime position in a low-density development of just 32 residences, delivering uninterrupted sightlines across the fairways, a natural lake, and the Mediterranean beyond. The south-west orientation floods the interior with afternoon light, while the wrap-around terrace extends the living space by 60 square metres.
Inside, 190 square metres of built space includes three bedrooms and three bathrooms, all presented in excellent condition since completion in 2008. The corner position creates a dual-aspect layout that maximises natural light throughout the day. The terrace wraps around two sides of the property, providing separate zones for dining and lounging with continuous golf and mountain views. One underground parking space is included, and furniture can be negotiated separately.
Los Flamingos Golf Resort sits adjacent to the five-star Anantara Villa Padierna Palace Hotel, a two-minute walk from the property. The complex shares the resort's tranquil setting, with three championship golf courses on the doorstep and the beaches of Costalita eight minutes away by car. Puerto Banús lies 10 minutes east along the coast road, whilst Estepona's old town is a 12-minute drive west. The natural lake visible from the terrace attracts birdlife year-round, adding movement to the fairway views.
