About this property
Overview
Two-bedroom apartment with private pool in Mijas Golf, Costa del Sol. This 76-square-metre residence in the gated Oasis Golf complex offers a practical layout centred around a 10-square-metre terrace that extends the living space outdoors. The second bedroom is compact, making it suitable as a home office or dressing room rather than a full-size double.
Inside, the living-dining room connects directly to the terrace, creating a flow between indoor and outdoor areas. The apartment includes one bathroom and comes part-furnished, with 76 square metres of built space across two bedrooms. One allocated parking space is included, and the property has been maintained in good condition since its construction in 1991. The terrace provides enough room for a dining table and seating area, with space to arrange plants or outdoor furniture.
The Oasis Golf complex features two large communal swimming pools, tennis courts, and 24-hour security within its gated grounds. Located in the Riviera del Sol area of Mijas Golf, the property sits approximately 3 kilometres from La Cala de Mijas beach, accessible via a short drive down the A-7 coastal road. The complex's position in the quieter inland section of Riviera del Sol places it within walking distance of local services whilst maintaining separation from the busier coastal strip. Málaga Airport lies 35 kilometres to the northeast, reachable in under 30 minutes by car.
