About this property
Overview
Two-bedroom apartment with private pool in La Zagaleta, Costa del Sol. This ground-floor residence sits within El Parador, a collection of just seven apartments where it stands as the only unit with its own plunge pool. Renovated in 2021, the interiors blend hand-painted tiles with premium marble surfaces throughout both ensuite bathrooms, which feature heated floors and towel rails.
The 110sqm layout includes an open-plan kitchen flowing into a split-level living room anchored by a working fireplace. Both bedrooms offer generous proportions with direct terrace access from the master suite. Outside, the 84sqm south-facing terrace extends the living space with a built-in barbecue alongside the private pool. The apartment comes fully furnished and benefits from the rustic Andalusian design elements installed during the comprehensive refurbishment.
El Parador occupies a position within the La Zagaleta estate, surrounded by golf courses and mountain terrain. The exclusive urbanisation sits approximately 15 minutes by car from Marbella's Golden Mile. Mountain views frame the property from multiple aspects, whilst the gated community provides security and access to the wider estate's facilities.
