About this property
Overview
Two-bedroom apartment with private pool in Calanova Golf, Costa del Sol. This ground-floor property combines 67 square metres of interior space with 37 square metres of terrace, split between front and rear aspects that track the sun from morning to evening. Both bathrooms have been reformed to contemporary standards, with the en-suite featuring updated fixtures and tiling, while the main terrace has been resurfaced to create a practical outdoor room for year-round use.
The south-facing orientation floods the living areas with natural light throughout the day. The apartment comes fully furnished with new pieces selected for immediate occupation, including bedroom furniture, soft furnishings, and kitchen equipment. One allocated parking space is included. The dual-terrace layout provides flexibility: the front terrace suits morning coffee and casual dining, while the rear offers afternoon shade and privacy. Both bedrooms are doubles, and the kitchen connects directly to the living area, creating an open-plan feel without sacrificing defined zones.
Calanova Golf sits in the hills above La Cala de Mijas, placing the property a five-minute drive from the town centre and its collection of restaurants, supermarkets, and services. The beaches at La Cala are seven minutes by car, with direct coastal access via the A-7. The apartment's 2007 construction means solid build quality and established communal areas, including the private pool that serves residents throughout the swimming season. Málaga Airport lies 30 kilometres east along the autopista.
