What makes the urbanisation worth a page of its own is the product, not just the price. Aldea Hills was built as an Andalusian village in miniature: whitewashed houses in warm colours stacked along winding lanes on the hillside above La Duquesa, with plazas, arches and communal pools where a conventional development would have parking rows. From the upper lanes the views run over the coast toward Gibraltar.

Homes here are mostly compact apartments and townhouses, and 93 square metres with two bedrooms is representative stock. One listing at a time is normal for the community's size; when pricing, the useful comparables are Manilva's other hillside urbanisations rather than the marina-front stock at Duquesa below, which trades on a different product entirely.

Aldea Hills suits first-time Spain buyers, holiday-home owners on a firm budget, and anyone charmed by village architecture over apartment-block anonymity — a real consideration, because plenty of buyers walk in for the price and sign for the lanes. The trades are honest ones: the hillside means stairs and slopes, the car handles everything beyond the community, and Duquesa's port below is the local hub for restaurants and golf.
