FAQ
Yes. Montbello Hills in Sierra Blanca is a gated development with controlled access and on-site security. Entry is managed, so only residents and approved visitors come through. For a lock up and leave home this matters, as the property stays watched while you are away.
The complex is made up of apartments. They sit within an enclosed development on the Sierra Blanca hillside, built low-rise in the traditional Andalusian style of the area. This means shared buildings rather than standalone villas, with communal upkeep handled across the community.
It works for families who want security and for second-home owners after a property they can leave and return to. The gated setup and controlled access suit both year-round living and visits through the year. The quieter Sierra Blanca setting means you are set back from the busier coastal zones.
The setting is on wooded hillside, above the coast rather than on it. You get a calmer base with views toward the Mediterranean. The trade-off is that daily shops, the beach and larger towns need a car, so this suits buyers who want quiet over having everything on the doorstep.
Montbello Hills is an enclosed development with security as a shared feature. Beyond the gated access and controlled entry, the facts here do not confirm specific amenities such as a pool or gardens, so check the current listing for what each phase includes.
