Calanova Golf sits inland from the beach resorts, where the landscape opens into fairways and low hills with views towards the Mediterranean. The complex has limited publicly documented community features, so prospective buyers should confirm amenities directly with the developer or their agent. The penthouses themselves typically enjoy the elevation and terrace space that define this home type, making the most of the golf and coastal views. The architecture and layout reflect the Costa del Sol tradition of outdoor living, with terraces and natural light as central design elements. Bellavista suits buyers drawn to golf course living without the immediate beachfront setting. Families who value space and a slower pace, golfers who want the course on their doorstep, and holiday-home owners seeking a base for longer stays will all find the location practical. The community works equally for year-round residents who prefer a quieter inland position while keeping the coast and Marbella within easy reach. Retirees and semi-retirees attracted to the climate and the golf lifestyle are also well served here.
