The marina and its surrounding streets form the heart of the area, lined with restaurants, boutiques and waterfront cafés that draw both residents and visitors throughout the year. Living in Puerto Banús means being within walking distance of sandy beaches, the marina, and a broad choice of international dining and shopping. Several golf courses lie within a short drive inland. The climate is mild in winter and warm through summer, and the area connects easily to Marbella town, Málaga airport, and the coastal highway linking resorts and towns along the shore. Puerto Banús has long been a base for second-home owners, retirees, and families who value year-round sunshine and direct access to coastal leisure. Medina Gardens suits buyers looking for an established Marbella address without the scale or formality of the larger beachfront developments. The setting appeals to those who want proximity to Puerto Banús amenities while being part of a quieter residential pocket, and to households dividing time between the coast and other cities in Europe.
