FAQ
Yes. Lorcrimar V in Nueva Andalucía is gated with controlled access. On top of the entry system, the community has its own security. That setup suits owners who leave a home empty for stretches and want it watched while they are away.
The nearest beach is Playa de San Pedro, 2.1 km away, about 5 minutes by car. This is a drive rather than a walk. The complex sits inland of the A-7 coastal road, so reaching the sand means crossing that road.
Residents share a pool, gardens, a gym and a padel court. Security covers the community too. These shared spaces are maintained through the community fees, so upkeep of the grounds and courts is handled for you rather than falling on individual owners.
HC Marbella International Hospital is 0.6 km away, about 5 minutes by car. A supermarket sits 1.1 km away and Aloha College is 2.6 km away. San Pedro Alcántara, the nearest town, is 1.8 km away, so daily errands are a short drive.
Real Club de Golf Las Brisas is 1.7 km away, about 6 minutes by car. Puerto Deportivo José Banús is 1.8 km, also about 6 minutes. This puts a well-known golf course and the marina both within a short drive of the complex in Nueva Andalucía.
Málaga Airport is 47 km from the complex, about 58 minutes by car. That is close to an hour each way, so plan for it when arranging arrivals. For a holiday home or a lock up and leave base on the Costa del Sol, the transfer is manageable but not short.
