Samara Resort is a gated residential complex in Los Altos de Marbella, a hillside area above Marbella on the Spanish coast.
The community comprises apartments designed for buyers seeking security and mountain scenery within easy reach of Marbella's beaches and amenities.
The setting is quiet and removed from the busier coastal road, with views over the surrounding hills and down toward the Mediterranean. The development provides shared facilities typical of modern Marbella communities, including outdoor swimming pools, landscaped communal gardens, and secure perimeter access. Architecture follows a contemporary Mediterranean style with white facades and clean lines. The hillside position means many homes enjoy elevated outlooks, and the landscaping is designed to maintain privacy between blocks. Samara Resort appeals to international buyers and Spanish families looking for a secure base near Marbella. The gated layout and managed grounds suit holiday-home owners who spend several months a year on the coast, as well as year-round residents who prefer a quieter neighbourhood away from the busier beachfront zones. Proximity to Marbella town centre, the Golden Mile, and Puerto Banús makes the complex practical for those who want regular access to restaurants, international schools, and leisure facilities without living directly on the coast.

The community has outdoor swimming pools, a gym, a spa and landscaped gardens, all maintained through the community fees. Because these areas are managed for everyone, owners share the cost of upkeep rather than looking after them alone. That suits people who want the facilities without the day-to-day work of maintaining a private pool or garden.
