Fincas for Sale in Terrazas De Miraflores

The development centres on horizontal living across linked homes rather than apartment blocks, with security controlled at entry points. This is a small-scale residential enclave, not a sprawling resort area, and the limited market activity suggests a settled ownership base with minimal turnover.

Inside the gates, residents share access to a communal swimming pool and a padel court, two amenities that anchor social life in many Costa del Sol developments. The architecture follows the townhouse format common to gated communities built in this part of Málaga during the past two decades, typically white-rendered facades with private terraces and small garden plots. Security presence at the entrance adds a layer of privacy that appeals to full-time residents and second-home owners who spend extended periods away. the area attracts a mix of Spanish families and international buyers seeking year-round residence rather than short-term holiday rentals, given the layout and the investment required. Padel facilities often signal a community designed for active, long-term occupancy rather than transient tourism.

The market data shows an average price per square metre of €3,427 as of June 2026, with the single active listing priced around €850,000. Only one property currently advertises, and the dominant typology across the development is townhouses, which means buyers here are committing to multi-level living with private outdoor space rather than single-floor apartments. The narrow price range and low listing count indicate a stable, mature market where owners hold rather than flip. Turnover appears slow, which can mean either strong satisfaction among residents or limited liquidity for those looking to sell quickly. The per-square-metre figure places Terrazas de Miraflores in the mid-to-upper segment for townhouse developments in this part of Málaga, though not at the premium tier reserved for frontline golf or beachside addresses.

This development suits buyers who want gated security, shared sports facilities, and a townhouse format within Málaga's broader residential sprawl. Families with children and professionals seeking a permanent base will find the layout practical. The limitation is clear: minimal resale inventory means limited choice and potentially longer waits if a specific unit type or orientation matters. The padel court remains the most visible communal feature after the pool.
