Coto de la Serena is a residential community in El Pirata, a quiet coastal neighbourhood within Estepona on Spain's southern coast.
The complex comprises townhouses suited to buyers looking for low-rise family accommodation close to the sea.
El Pirata sits west of central Estepona, offering a more residential character while keeping beach access and local amenities within easy reach. The townhouses in Coto de la Serena are laid out across a compact footprint, with limited shared amenity data available but a setting that favours traditional Mediterranean architecture. The homes themselves are multi-storey, typically with private terraces or small gardens attached to ground-floor units. The location allows residents to enjoy the slower pace of a neighbourhood away from larger resort zones, with the coastline and local shops within a short walk or drive. This community appeals to families seeking year-round coastal living in a quiet part of Estepona, as well as to buyers wanting a holiday home that avoids the crowds of busier developments. The townhouse format works well for those who prefer separate living levels and a degree of outdoor space without managing a detached villa. Coto de la Serena also suits buyers who value proximity to Estepona's amenities and beaches without paying the premium attached to frontline or golf-adjacent addresses.
