Apartments for Sale in Hacienda De Torrequebrada

Properties here trade around €345,000 as of June 2026, making it one of the more accessible entry points for buyers seeking frontline beach living in this stretch of the coast. The development takes its name from the golf course that defines much of its character and appeal.

the area operates as an open community without perimeter gates, spreading across landscaped gardens that connect directly to the beach. Communal pools serve residents throughout the warmer months, while the golf course provides a green buffer between the development and the urban density of central Benalmádena. Architecture follows the low-rise Mediterranean style typical of Costa del Sol developments from the 1980s and 1990s, with whitewashed facades and terracotta roofing. The beachfront position attracts a mix of permanent residents and holiday home buyers, many drawn by the combination of golf access and sea views. Investors appear less frequently here than in newer, higher-density residential areas closer to Benalmádena's marina district.

Current market activity shows limited turnover, with just one active listing as of June 2026. That property, a penthouse, reflects the upper tier of the development's housing stock. Pricing sits at €4,313 per square metre, which positions Hacienda de Torrequebrada below the Costa del Sol beachfront average but above inland alternatives in the same municipality. The single listing makes it difficult to assess broader market momentum, though the price point suggests stability rather than speculative pressure. Penthouses dominate the available inventory when properties do come to market, likely due to their dual aspect and terrace space. Buyers should expect infrequent opportunities and be prepared to move quickly when suitable units appear.

This development suits buyers prioritising location over modern finishes, particularly those who value golf access and direct beach proximity without marina-district density. Families and retirees form the core demographic. The lack of gated security may deter buyers seeking more controlled environments. The Torrequebrada Golf clubhouse sits within walking distance, and Benalmádena's commercial centre lies three kilometres east along the coastal road.
